I do not accept returns. I don't offer refunds or exchanges.
If your product is damaged in the mail I encourage you to Email me(ittybittypincompany@gmail.com) and we can work out some form of compensation or replacement.
If 30 days have gone by since your order has been shipped out and you have not contacted me about any issues I will assume it arrived safely and without issues. If your item hasn't arrived within 30 days of getting the shipping notification please send me an email with your concerns.
PURCHASE OF B-GRADE/REDUCED ITEMS
If you purchase any item that is reduced in price due to quality issues you accept that the item you are receiving isn't in 100% amazing condition. This is not my issue, and I will not give refunds.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ittybittypincompany@gmail.com with details and photos and I will organise a replacement if needed.
